Mission and Evangelism Training Program
A Certificate program geared toward preparing individuals who feel the call to missions. The office of Missions and Evangelism will provide training and internship in the inner city to prepare them to meet the challenges of missions work through a series of activities and experiences to equip them to reach the un-churched population. All effort will focus on creating a model that will help to actualize our vision “To reach the un-churched population of New York City and beyond.
Chaplaincy Training Program
A program geared toward preparing people called to go beyond the church to ministry in institutions such as prisons, hospitals, military, and businesses. The office of the Chaplain will serve as a screening, training, certifying and monitoring overseer of the chaplaincy and pastoral counseling personnel. The office is also responsible to facilitate entry and success into all area of service and level of training.
Christian Education
A program designed to oversee the spiritual formation and educational development of the membership from ages one through 101. The office of the Christian Education Department will focus on providing quality education for the Christian education, new converts, new members, and Bible Studies classes through curriculum geared toward equipping its members to actualize the vision and mission of the church. The office through evaluation and assessment of the knowledge-base of its members will develop courses to address the gaps and needs. The Christian Education program will identify, orientate, and train potential leaders to function in leadership roles in all area of the ministry. This office is also responsible for the oversight of the Lay leadership Training, the Ministerial Affirmation Program and the Ministerial Internship Program (State Office).
