Hope Center Development Cooperation (HCDC) – Community-base arm of the ministry.  HCDC is a multi faceted program geared toward providing benevolence and aid to the disenfranchised, counseling services, mentoring programs, continuing education, tutorial programs, seniors’ program, reintegration program and training to the community at large.  The mission of the HCDC is to provide hope and empowerment to the community through programs that addresses spiritual, physical, and social needs

Food & Clothing

Food & Clothing Pantry and Soup Kitchen- The food and cloth bank operates weekly and is open to all the residents of the community.  Volunteers operate this program.  The pantry supply food for those who are in need.  Food items are distributed to individuals on Saturdays, on an emergency basis or through referrals.

The soup kitchen serves free meals weekly.  The population consists of individuals from various background and economic strata.

¨      General Equivalency Diploma – Program geared toward adults who desire to make better lives for themselves through student-centered classrooms, basic education and literacy, GED preparation and English as a second language programs. Classes are offered on Saturdays and are staffed by licensed and dedicated teachers.  These programs serve as the bridge to education and employment.

¨      Community Income Tax Program – HCDC partners with the Community Food Resource Center to provide income tax preparation services for low-income families
