Rev. Pauline Gayle is a woman of God who seeks to bring excellence to every facet of her life. She is known to have a profound love for the Lord and an unwavering commitment to walk in His perfect will.

Rev. Gayle is a credentialed minister of the gospel, and currently serves as an Associate Pastor providing support to the Senior Pastor of the Church of God of East Flatbush - Bishop R. C. Hugh Nelson. This community of faith is evolving from a single cell church model into an urban ministry center. Their mission is to boldly present the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to the New York community and beyond. The church is home to about 1,000 members and ministers to over 2,500 on a weekly basis.

She has responsibility for weekly prayer services, and oversight for all aspects of the spiritual formation and integration of new members into the life of the church. She is also Pastor of Strategic Affairs, responsible for developing ministries and programs that are in need of specialized attention.

An advocate of education, she leverages her administrative skills as Principal. As the chief executive administrator, she has responsibility for over 1,000 Elementary and Junior High School students at Ernest Jenkyns Public School in Brooklyn, New York. Prior to this assignment, she worked in a number of capacities including Assistant Principal, District Math Teacher Trainer, Math Staff Developer and Teacher. She successfully completed her undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts, her Masters in Special Education and received Advanced Certification as an Administrative Supervisor.

Over the last 20 years, Rev. Gayle has served in many different capacities at the Church of God of East Flatbush and in the Church of God at a state level. She has served as a Board Member in the State Youth and Christian Education Department, Director of State Senior Youth Camp, Christian Education Director, District Youth Director, Secretary of District Ministerial Board and as local Youth Director.

Despite the demands of her profession and pastoral call, she is also an Evangelist on an international, national and local level. She speaks under the anointing and power of the Holy Spirit at conventions, conferences, crusades, seminars, youth camps and retreats. She is the proud mother of a daughter – Tiffany. However, over the years she has earned the love and respect of many who claim their right as her spiritual children in the church house and in the schoolroom.
