Rev. Ronald E. Anderson is a credentialed minister of the gospel. His profound love of the Word of God and a desire to attain academic excellence was recognized at an early age. He successfully completed a Masters of Arts in Urban Affairs at Queens College and a Bachelors of Business Administration at Bernard Baruch City University. He also completed a Masters in Divinity at New York Theological Seminary in preparation for ministry.

Rev. Anderson is a member of the pastoral team at the Church of God of East Flatbush, serving as an Associate Pastor providing support to the Senior Pastor - Bishop R. C. Hugh Nelson. He is a Christian Education instructor, and has oversight for all aspects of the Chaplain’s Ministry spiritual formation and development. He also provides pastoral care through counseling and instruction and is often called upon to officiate at various ceremonies.

This community of faith is evolving from a single cell church model into an urban ministry center. Their mission is to boldly present the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to the New York community and beyond. The church is home to about 1,000 members and ministers to over 2,500 on a weekly basis.

Over the last 25 years, Rev. Anderson has served in many different capacities at the Church of God of East Flatbush. He has served as Deacon, Seminar Facilitator and Accounting Consultant. He has also traveled extensively to expound the word of God. He is the proud father of a son – Joel, and a willing encourager and motivational force to many.
